| Lilys 4th bday was last Tuesday and each year I always take my mind back to that day and I remember how exciting and scary it was. I then I think of the journey we took together as Mother and Daughter and all the good and bad times we had along the way. It wasn't picture perfect, I did what I knew how to do then and made changes along the way. Never have I thought I was a bad Mother, I did however make some bad choices but I just took it as it came and learnt from the mistakes. God has given me such an amazing gift.
And now, another one is on the way. less then 3 weeks left. God is amazing. He is taking me on such a wonderful journey since I've open my heart to Him and accepted Lord Jesus our Savior. My life will only begin to prosper now that my plans are in His hands.

| To all people who think women should terminate their pregnancy on the bases that the women can't afford it, a young teenager, abnormalities, the world is over-populated etc....kiss my fat pregnant (number 2) ass!
why is my daughter not entitled to life according to your books, just because I was a young teen mum and couldn't afford to rasie her unless I used your tax money? are u try to say that your tax money is better spent on a stupid ferris wheel in docklands then to keep a childs heart still beating? I'd rather see that my tax money goes to women who would love to have child and not have to see them struggle.
and why are children with abnormalities not entitled to life like other 'normal' babies? just because you think they won't have the best life and could be treated unfairly by 'normal' people and because nurses and doctors would be the ones taking care of their disibility? Well, maybe when you hit old age and need to have your ass wiped everyday (pretty much useless), I could come over and decide to have your heart stop beating cause you're wasting precious nurse and doctors time as well as tax money.
Every child that has been aborted could've been somebody. They could've been THAT person to make THAT one difference to make this world a better place.
One day my children will be the one's to make a difference in this country. They could be the ones who could possibly give hope to your children/grandchildren as respectable people in society.
So, I'd like to say Thank You to people who pay their taxes and help people like myself to continue with their pregnancy so that our children can have a chance in life regardless of the circumstances that brought them here even if it means they suffer from any abnormality or not. Thank You tax payers for your hard work, I acknowledge you work hard to earn your money and I hope that one day, when you open your hearts, you could see that you are saving someones life.

| why is it ok by men and women of today not to care or think twice about all of the different porn magazines that are on the stands at petrol stations, newsagents, milk bars, magazine stands in the city etc etc but when a women such as Angelina Jolie who appears in the front cover of a magazine shown breastfeeding her child (note-barely anything of her breast is actually shot) its 'offensive'?
What fustrates me the most is the fact that breastfeeding is the most natural thing in the world, it was what God intended the breast to be used for, it is not for a women to pose in front of a camera, push her breast up seductively to get men aroused but yet, that is more acceptable to us as a society to have 5 or so different porn magazines with women in the front cover dressed in barely nothing, just sitting in our petrol stations or milkbars right next to where confectionery are that our young ones go to, to pick out their favourite treats. No-one seems to make a big deal about it and I haven't heard or read any parent who has said they want to protect/avoid their son or partner from having to see those images. Then when ONE magazine photograph of a women breastfeeding hits the stand...OR even when a women is actually breastfeeding in public, the public goes wild and say its gross and don't want their teenage sons seeing any of it etc. because regardless of what others may think, men will always see the breast as an 'object'. By saying that aren't we just accepting the idea of what the porn industry portrasy as what the breast is used for, as a sex object to get men off?
Personally for myself, I'd like to see all the porn magazines off the shelf to protect my daughter and my son from seeing what God never intended the breast to be used for. I'd like women to not feel ashamed to breastfeed their child out in public and if I had a copy of that magazine of Angelina Jolie or any other women I'd buy it and teach my children that this is natural and beautiful and not think or accept that the breast is intended for sex. If they see a women out in public breastfeeding, not to feel disgusted or glue their eye to the breast but to be proud for the mother who is using it for the right thing.

| I'm finding it really hard to turn this feeling of utter dissapointment/letdown/saddness, all the negative expressions/feelings u can name, into love again. I love him I do, but its hard to love someone that's hurting you at the same time and I see my love for him slipping away. He's changed into a completely different person and every1 keeps saying that it'll be better after the baby is born but does it have to take a birth of a child to make things right? last time ppl said that, my ex had an affair and turned into a drug dealer/addict. I don't regret having this baby but I can't help but think I may have chosen a man that's suddenly trying to experience the new environment and freedom his new home has to offer and I'm bound to in the very near future go at it alone again...
every now and again I need to count my blessings...my kids, my family, my friends, God, Jesus | | |
| the worse thing about pregnancy is not that your body changes but you start to second guess your partners commitment. | | |
